From our eyes down to our toes and to our internal organs,
everything about our bodies is something to be marveled at.
With our eyes, we can see in great detail and distinguish various colors.
We can perceive things close-up and things at a distance.
Our hearts work to pump blood throughout our entire body and exceed in keeping us alive.
Our lungs expand and collapse as we inhale and exhale.
The universe itself could not have created human bodies as perfectly designed as these...
God is its Creator.
Q: Take time to pause and just look around. What do you see, what do you hear, what do you notice as you meditate on God's creation?
